This page lists documentation changes. It is not an announcement that an app-store release or your organisation’s server has been updated.
User guides
- Separate getting-started, web and mobile guides.
- Updated mobile tabs, favourites, process search, report scope, profile and messaging instructions.
- Clarified differences between web and mobile profile screens.
- Explained how permissions and organisation configuration affect available features.
Designer handbook
- Updated Projects, New Project and version-history instructions.
- Explained Form PDF versus an A4 document template.
- Revised table columns and summaries, expression contexts, To/CC/BCC and per-row subprocesses.
- Separated the roles of Test, Save and Publish.
- Preserved old chapter links and removed Designer screenshots whose current accuracy had not been verified.
Version scope
The mobile guide uses 1.0.9 screens and the current navigation structure. The Designer guide follows the 0.1.5 interface. Your organisation’s server version, enabled features and permissions affect the options available to you.
Examples are for learning. They do not configure your organisation’s business rules, leave calculations or permissions automatically. After publishing a process, run an acceptance test with the appropriate users, records and expected outcomes.
Keeping the guides current
When a label or operation changes, review the related instructions, examples and screenshots together. Features still in development are not described as generally available. Send corrections to info@emter.com.tr, including the guide URL and your version.
