Your first sign-in
You need an account created by your organisation. In the mobile app, enter Company code, Username and Password, then select Sign in. Ask your DigitalPlant administrator if you do not know the company code.
Remember me stores your company code and username for a later sign-in; it does not store your password. Use Saved sign-ins to select or remove a saved account. If you forget your password, use Forgot password with your company code and username. When the details match, the reset link is sent to the email address assigned to your account.

Screens and actions depend on your organisation, access rights and installed version. Seeing a record does not necessarily give you permission to act on it.
Common situations
| Situation | What to check |
|---|---|
| A task is missing | Company account, selected view and active filters. The task may have been completed or reassigned. |
| A module or report is missing | Whether it is enabled for your organisation and available to your account. |
| A connection error appears | Check your connection and reload. Confirm the current result before treating a previous operation as complete. |
| Notifications do not arrive | Check your profile preferences and the device notification permission. |
| An update is required | If this screen appears, select Update app, then Check again after updating. An optional update may offer Later. |
When asking for help, include the app version, device/browser, time of the issue and the process identifier if available. Share only the information needed to investigate; do not send your password.

| CIID | The process record identifier, useful for search and support. |
| Favourite | A shortcut to a module or report from Dashboard. |
| Draft | A design that has been saved but is not yet published for use. |
