Dashboard and favourites

Dashboard combines your account summary with announcements published by your organisation. Seniority, process performance, KPI and leave information depend on the data configured for your account.

Select the star next to a module or report. It appears under Favorilerim (My favourites) on Dashboard. Open an announcement for details, or select Tümünü gör (View all) to see the modules available to you.

Find and work on a task

In Tasks, search by task, process, step, person or CIID. Narrow results using Process, Starter and Assignee. Use Clear filters to begin a new search.

Opening a record takes you to the process detail screen (Süreç İnceleme in Turkish). Review status, start information, steps and form data. An action to work on a task appears when an active task is available to you. Complete the required fields and use the action offered at that step.

Expected result: confirm success from the response and updated task status. Viewing a process and acting on its tasks require different permissions. Forms and buttons depend on the design published by your organisation.

Modules and starting a process

Modules lists the items enabled for your account. An item can open a module screen, a published page or a process start.

For a process start, review the confirmation and choose Başlat (Start) or Vazgeç (Cancel). After a successful start, the first task form opens.

If a module is missing, check the company account and ask your administrator whether the module is enabled and available to you. Not every module is enabled in every organisation.

Reports

Select a report from Reports. Depending on the report type, you may see summaries, status filters and records. Use a status filter or an active summary card to narrow the view. Select the star to add a report to your favourites.

A record with a process link opens the associated process. Studio Yayınları (Studio Publications) opens the publications available to you. Report definitions and access depend on your organisation.

Check the scope. Mobile reports load a limited number of records. Do not assume the visible list contains every record in the organisation. For a broader review, use appropriate filters and your organisation’s web report.

Profile, language and notifications

Select the person icon to open Profile. View the Contact, Organisation and Account sections. Ask your administrator to correct organisation information.

To change your password, enter the current password, new password and confirmation in Change password, then select Update password.

Use Notification preferences for email, task and mobile notifications. Mobile notifications also require permission in your device settings. Select Türkçe or English in the language section.

The mobile screen is not the same profile-editing form as the web interface.

Messaging

Select the conversation icon to open Messages. Open a conversation and reply using the message field.

For a new conversation, open Yeni Mesaj (New message). A direct conversation requires a user and an initial message. A Grup Kanalı (Group channel) requires a channel name, first message and at least two participants. Select Kanalı Oluştur (Create channel) to continue.

Deleting a conversation hides it from your view; do not assume it deletes every participant’s messages.
